Methodology

From claim to conclusion, without hiding the gaps.

Our method is official-source-first, explainable and limited to what the evidence can support.

WHAT WE CHECK

Names, links, certificates, models and stated addresses exactly as submitted.

WHY IT MATTERS

Small spelling, entity and model differences can change the result.

SOURCE TYPE

Buyer and supplier materials

POSSIBLE RESULT

Starting point—not a conclusion

01

Official-source-first does not mean official-source-only.

We prioritise official registries, regulators, accreditation and certification databases. Supplier documents and third-party sources can provide leads or context, but they are labelled according to evidential weight and are not silently upgraded into proof.

02

Three results, not a black-box score

  • Verified — the located evidence supports the specific statement reviewed.
  • Unable to verify — available sources do not support a responsible conclusion.
  • Discrepancy found — the supplier claim and located record conflict in a material field.
03

Evidence handling

Reports identify the source type and query date and may include links, screenshots or source records where appropriate. Database availability and access can change, so the report describes what was accessible at the time of review.
